Who we are

Launchtest Plumbing is a plumbing business based in Tampa, FL. This website is ours. When this policy says "we", it means Launchtest Plumbing.

What we collect, and why

• The contact form. The name, phone number and message you type are sent to us so we can call or write back about the work you asked about. They are not published anywhere on this site.
• The "Talk to Maria" button. Maria is a voice assistant provided by Maria Answers. When you tap the button and start talking, your voice is processed so she can answer and, if you ask, take your details for an appointment or a call-back. What you tell her is passed to us the same way a message from the form is. She says she is AI at the start of every conversation.
• Text messages. If you agree to receive texts (for example a confirmation or a reminder), those messages are sent by Maria Answers on our behalf under its SMS terms. Reply STOP at any time to stop them.
• Phone calls. If you call the number on this site, we see your number the way any business does when its phone rings.
• Ordinary web logs. The servers that host this site keep standard access logs (the page requested, the time, and your device's network address) to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
• We do not publish your email address, and we do not publish ours here either: every enquiry reaches us through the form, the voice assistant or the phone.

Who else sees it

The site is built and hosted by Maria Sites, and the contact form and the voice assistant are operated by Maria Answers, which passes your enquiry to us. Those providers act on our instructions and do not use your details for anything else. Their own policy is at mariaanswers.com/legal/privacy.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form on the home page or call (813) 555-0166, and we will sort it out.
