Do you charge for coming out to quote?

There is a diagnostic fee on service calls, which covers finding the actual problem rather than guessing. It comes off the invoice if you go ahead. Straight replacement quotes are free.

Are you really available at night and on weekends?

Yes, and the after-hours line rings a plumber, not an answering service. Emergency rates apply outside normal hours and we tell you what they are before we dispatch.

How fast can you get here for a burst pipe?

Inside our core area we are typically on site within a couple of hours. When you call we will also walk you through shutting off your main, which stops the damage while you wait.

Do you pull permits?

For anything that needs one — repipes, sewer replacement, water heater changeouts in most municipalities — yes, and we handle the inspection.

What payment methods do you take?

Card, cheque, cash and bank transfer. For larger jobs we set out a deposit and a balance on completion, written on the quote before anything starts.
